Asha Summit retreats are intentional getaways designed to help you step outside your normal routine, reconnect with yourself, and experience wellness in beautiful places around the world.
Each retreat is unique. Some may be quiet weekends in the mountains, surrounded by lakes, forests, and campfires. Locations all through out Utah.
Retreats may be small and intimate, with just a handful of guests, or larger community experiences with space for deeper connection, movement, rest, and adventure. Wherever we gather, the heart of each retreat is the same: yoga, mindfulness, nature, community, and the chance to return home feeling more grounded, refreshed, and inspired.

Escape to Mirror Lake for a 2-night mountain camping retreat surrounded by alpine water, pine forests, and scenic mountain views. This retreat is designed as a full reset: time away from the noise, time in nature, and time to reconnect with yourself.
Retreat highlights include paddle boarding, paddle board yoga, traditional Hatha yoga, guided mountain hikes, sound healing, a fire ceremony under the stars, journaling, visioning exercises, shared meals, and community connection.
Included: paddle boards, shared tents, air mattress, food and water, yoga mats, guided yoga and sound healing sessions, group activities, ceremonies, and journal material.
Not included: transportation to campsite.
Sand Hollow wellness yoga & sound healing retreat

Escape into the red rocks for a 2-night camping retreat surrounded by stars, red rocks, and blue water. This beginner-friendly weekend is designed to help you slow down. reconnect, and reset in nature.
Retreat highlights include a day of boating, paddle boarding, paddle board yoga, traditional Hatha yoga, guided hikes, sound healing after each practice, a fire ceremony under the stars, journaling, visioning exercises, shared meals, and intentional community time.
